While working on my dissertation and watching my two and a half year old, I heard from the other room, this phrase.
Boots: "Careful Dora, or Swiper will swipe your happy box!"
You know, I guess I'm not surprised. I knew it would be said at some point. Still, I'm still not sure what to tell me two and a half year old by way of explanation. Like...is there a doll maybe that will help with this?

You should do what I do and explain with old issues of Penthouse. You can explain all of life's questions with approximately 6 issues as long as you make sure one of the issues is the "steak" issue. Ask the guy at the local mini-mart he'll know which one you are talking about.
Plead the fifth. 2 and a half is too young for that talk.
