Over by the Q

I remember a professor of mine used to explain that a semi colon was kind of like a comma trying to fuck a colon; his point was that the grammatical mark was a kind of homosexual attempt at comma coupling that could produce no offspring but the same sentence reworded. He had tenure. I would be fired.

I don't know what that means concerning the letter Q (hot dog in a hallway, I imagine) except that Q, who is a hell of a guy, has invited me to guest post on his blog, and well...here's me botching that.
