Dubya: I take all responsability for the mistakes made handling Katrina at the federal level.

Me: So...are you saying you agree that you should be impeached?

Avram Hooknoobie, Grand Muck of All That is Writ said...: We can but wish. But when has any president ever equalitated taking the blame for a wrong to then mean actually undergoing punishment? The buck stops here means they take the blame and it then becomes a dead issue.; 2:22 AM
